Ombre Brows

Ombre brows, also known as Powdered Brows, are a semi-permanent eyebrow styling technique that creates a soft shaded brow pencil look. This tattoo technique resembles brow makeup, and the effect can be natural or bold based on your skin type and preferences. Ombré brows can often appear dark for the first few days and heal 20-40% lighter, also depending on your skin type. They’re waterproof and smudge-proof. Because we don’t go as deep in the skin as with regular tattoos, your results will last 1.5-3 years. Unlike microblading — where a blade creates hair-like strokes in the skin — ombré brows are versatile and can be done on almost every skin type with minimal trauma.
Before your service, we’ll discuss your brow goals and map your brows using key measurements, your face shape, your natural hair flow, and your natural hair color. Tattooing does not start until you approve and we mutually agree on the brow shape.
On a scale of 1-10, pain is about a 3 on average. I will numb you, but if you’re extremely afraid of needles and/or have a severely low tolerance for pain, this procedure is not for you.

Nano Combo Brows
Starting at $450 | 3.5 hours
The Nano Brow technique is an advanced skill and is the most innovative brow enhancement on the market today, due to its less-invasive nature and superior healed results. Nano Brows uses an extremely fine needle that offers fine “hair-like” strokes that looks natural. Each individual nano-stroke is thinner than a microblading stroke; therefore, they are better incorporated into the natural brows. It is quickly becoming the most sought out brow enhancement because of its benefits that surpass other popular permanent makeup eyebrow services such as microblading. This technique is ideal for sensitive skin types.

Combo brows are characterized by feathered hair strokes from the beginning to the middle and then transition to a powdered finish toward the tails. It's the best of both worlds! For someone with very sparse brows, the shading can give the brow more body, while the hair-strokes keep it looking natural.

Hyperrealism

Cosmetic Tattoos by Jess is proud to be BAYTOWN'S ONLY certified Hyperrealism artist. This is considered the "hardest" technique to attain in the industry. Hyperrealism is method of tattoing utilizing a machine and an ultra thin nano needle to deposit pigment into the skin creating soft, airy hairstrokes. They are known as "designer brows". Hyperrealism is highly detailed and allows us to create dimension, layers, volume and texture with no sharp edges resulting in a very soft, natural, fluffier “undone” 3D effect.
Unlike methods using a blade with hyperrealism you experience no pain, bleeding, scarring, or cutting. This method is appropriate for both men and women - specifically those who have little to no hair. It is a method so gentle that even those with autoimmune illnesses & thinner skin are eligable.
2 sessions are required and spaced out (6-10 weeks apart). I utilize a "sit back and relax" routine for aftercare as this achieves best results. This means you will simply leave your brows alone during the next 10 day period and avoid sweating, sun/water exposure, and DO NOT PICK.

Lip Blush/ Neutralization
Starting at $399 | 3.5 hours

Lip Blushing is a form of semi-permanent makeup. It is a cosmetic tattoo of the lips that enhances the beauty of the natural lip color, improves the shape of the lips, and gives definition and the illusion of fullness. Although Lip Blushing does not replace lipstick entirely, it is the perfect way to add a pop of color to your lips! – Please bring in your favorite lipstick as this is how we will make sure that your desired color is matched without simply stating a “red” or a “pink” colors, as this varies.
Two sessions are required for best results. Multiple sessions may be necessary in lip neutralizations which differs from a traditional lip blush tattoo slightly.
What's the biggest difference? COLORS. In neutralizations more trust is necessary as the client will not be in control of choosing the pigment for the first session. My goal in choosing your pigment will be in first creating an even tone of color all over that matches your inner lip. From there we will either need to build upon it or gravitate towards your target color (must be a warm color as cool colors will only reverse our hard work!).
Neutralizations are necessary for any woman or man who has brown, purple, or gray tones in their lips.
For either type of lip appointment please come with hydrated and exfoliated lips. Not following proper precare can lead to poor retention, and patchy/textured results.
Please consult with your doctor before booking this service if you experience cold sores regardless of time since last outbreak. No specific results are guaranteed for those who knowingly/unknowingly carry the virus.
